Cloud 11 or not? That is the question

Today, R and I set off to see the new Cloud 11 Park, which is close to the True Digital Park. It’s a quick hop on the Sukhumvit BTS line from Phrong Phong to Punawithi BTS station. From there, you can take the skywalkway straight to both the True Digital Park and the new Cloud 11 park.
Cloud 11 Park
Cloud 11 is a massive new creative hub and mixed-use development located near True Digital Park and easily accessible via the BTS system. We had seen a few mentions of this new place and thought it would be great to check it out once we were back in Bangkok. The concept is all about creative workspaces, studios, retail, hotels, and event spaces, and it aims to be Asia's largest creator hub. The project integrates nature with innovation, offering green spaces, performance venues, and a diverse ecosystem for creators, designers, and the public.
Well, we should have done a little additional research, as it’s not actually open yet. It’s supposed to open ‘late 2025’, but I guess, as is the case with many big projects, it is possibly a little behind schedule. We walked along the skywalk as far as we could until we reached the ‘closed’ point, and we could see a lot of workers, busy on-site and working away. It was a little disappointing, but we did not dwell on this too long, as we knew we had the True Digital Park to keep us entertained, so it wasn’t a wasted trip by any means. We will keep an eye on its opening, and who knows, perhaps we will get to visit it before we leave Bangkok.

True Digital Park
True Digital Park is still a favourite place of ours. It’s got everything that we like: shopping, space, restaurants, a food court, plenty of co-working spaces, a chilled vibe and lots of cool things to see both inside and outside of the development. The aesthetics and greenery just make it a really lovely place to enjoy.

We did our usual walk around the complex and had some lunch at the food court (a spicy pork noodle soup for me and a crispy chicken and rice dish for R, followed by a coconut ice cream). Then afterwards, we hopped back onto the BTS and headed home to chill and relax.
Books: I finished the "Nobody's Child" - memoir book by Virginia Giuffre, and it was really quite harrowing. What a sad life she had from an early age. She endured so much, but I admired the strength and determination she had to try and right some of the wrongs. That took a lot of courage when she was up against very, very powerful people. In her book, she referred to two other important men who abused her during her time with Epstein and Maxwell. She didn't name them in the book, but said their names were in various court documents, so I wonder if these will come to light at some point in the future... I sincerely hope that they do!
